If you’ve forgotten the password to your Neeva account, you can reset it easily from our sign in page.
Start by entering your email address and clicking Sign in. On the next screen, select Need help signing in? and then Forgot password?.
On the next screen, enter the email address associated with your Neeva account and select Reset via Email to have a password reset email sent to you.
When you follow the link that's been emailed to you, you'll see the option to reset your password, as shown below.
Please note, if you use the single sign-on (SSO) option for your Google, Microsoft, or Apple account to sign in to your Neeva account, you cannot reset the password directly from Neeva. You’ll need to visit the password reset page for the sign-on provider to change any credentials for that account.
