How do I submit contributions?
If you would like to make a suggestion on the entire search results page, click the chat icon at the top right of the search box (as shown below). From there, fill out the appropriate fields.
If you would like to make a suggestion on a specific search result, click the “...” next to the bookmark icon.
Next, you'll see the options below.
To see the suggestions you've made, check out your Account dropdown menu on desktop (not mobile) by clicking on your profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of your Neeva Home and clicking on “My Contributions”.
What does it mean to "suppress" a result?
When you suppress a result, this indicates that the result is not relevant and, based on the severity of the reason, the result can be pushed down further in the list of results or removed entirely.
What does it mean to "boost" a result?
When you boost a result, this indicates that the result is relevant and should be displayed higher in the search results page.
