If you’d like an added layer of security for your Neeva account, you can activate two-step verification for our login process. At this time, two-step verification (also known as two-factor authentication or 2FA) is only available for accounts created using the Neeva sign-in process and not for accounts created using single sign-on with Google, Microsoft, or Apple.
To set up two-step verification for your Neeva account, please follow the steps below.
- Navigate to your Settings page and scroll down to the Privacy & Security Settings. Click on “Set Up” in the two-step verification section.
- Using your phone’s camera, scan the QR code from your authenticator app and enter the 6-digit code that’s provided.
- You should now see a screen verifying that two-step verification is activated for your Neeva account. In the same section, you’ll now see the option to disable two-step verification if you’d like. Please note - if you'd like to disable two-step verification, you'll need to provide a 6-digit code from your authenticator app one more time.
