What happens if I have a paid subscription to Neeva Premium? Do I get a refund?
If you have a paid subscription to Neeva Premium, you will receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription. If you subscribed to Neeva Premium directly on our website or through the Google Play Store on your Android device, a refund will automatically be sent to you in 5-10 business days.
If you subscribed to Neeva Premium through the Apple App Store on your iOS device, your refund will be sent directly by Apple after our shutdown date (June 2, 2023).
How do I know that my refund has been processed?

Personal data will be permanently deleted. Neeva has always had privacy as a number one value for our search engine. A number of members saved Neeva Spaces data; if you were one of these users, you will have received your Spaces information via the email address attached to your account. If you did not see your Spaces data in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folders or search for an email from customer@neevamail.co. We have deprecated all Connected App search features and personal search features. By default, Neeva has search history turned off by default. For members who had memory mode enabled, we have deleted all of their search history. Upon shutdown, Neeva will have retained no customer data.
Will I still receive Neeva Premium benefits with partners like 1Password, Bitdefender, and Dashlane?
If you have already redeemed benefits with these partners, you will retain those benefits through the end of that benefit period.
