How do I use Neeva on my mobile device?

If you've got an iOS device, you can download our app to access Neeva. For more information, click here. To access Neeva on your Android device, you can download our app here.

While we do strongly recommend using our app for the best experience, you can also use your preferred browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, or Edge, or Brave) to visit neeva.com and sign in with your Neeva credentials. Is the Neeva experience the same on my mobile device as it is on my computer? 

You’ll see some differences as the screen does not have as much real estate to deliver information, but the experience should be similar. We’d love feedback about your experience on your mobile device!

Can I connect a personal account from my mobile device? 

Yes! Just tap on the Settings icon on your Neeva home screen and you’ll see the option to connect a personal account.

How do I submit feedback from my mobile device? 

At the bottom of your Neeva home screen, you'll see a navigation menu.  Tap the “Profile” icon and you’ll see the option to submit feedback from your mobile device.
