Why do I need to sign in to use Neeva's Incognito mode?
If you're opening an Incognito window from from your browser, you will need to sign in to any websites that require a login to use, which includes Neeva. If you're signed in on Neeva, you can click on Incognito from the navigation menu on the left side or from the Extension in Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. Neeva's Incognito mode allows you to browse anonymously — your searches and clicks will not be logged.
How do I use Incognito mode on the Neeva app?
To use Incognito mode on the Neeva app, tap on the Tabs icon in the lower right corner of your screen.
Then, tap on the Incognito icon in the lower left corner of your screen.
To turn Incognito mode off, follow the same steps.
