How do I share a Space with someone?
To share a Space with someone, click on the Space you want to share and click “Share Space” or the “…” at the top right corner of the Space. If you are sharing it with someone who doesn’t use Neeva, they will only be able to view the Space. If you’re sharing it with another Neeva tester, you can give them access to edit or comment on the Space!
What does someone see when I share a Space with them?
When you share a Space with someone, they’ll see all the items you’ve added, exactly as you’ve organized them - except for any emails you’ve added to a Space from one of your connected accounts, as those items are encrypted and only accessible by you. To get a sense of what someone will see when accessing a Space you’ve created, just click “Share Space” and turn on the “Share Publicly” toggle. Then, copy the URL and paste it into an incognito window in your browser of choice.
What are Daily Space digest emails?
Neeva allows you to choose if you’d like to be notified if something is changed within a Space you’ve shared or a Space that’s been shared with you. From your Settings page, you can choose to have “Daily Space digest emails” sent to you daily to alert you to changes within a Space.
