Spaces allow you to organize the information you care about, easily and efficiently. You can create a Space for anything and save websites or personal documents for easy access later.. A few popular Space ideas include Recipes, Travel, and a Space for articles you want to read later.

How do I create a Space?
There are a few easy ways to create a Space. First, you can click on Spaces from the left-hand side of your Neeva homepage and then click the “+” icon at the top right corner to get started. You can also create a Space directly from the Search Results Page by clicking on the ribbon icon or the three dots to the right of a result you want to save. If you’re away from your Neeva homepage, you can create a space directly from the Neeva extension! Just click the Neeva icon next to your browser’s address bar to open the extension dropdown menu. There, select Spaces and click on the “+” icon in the right-hand corner of the menu to create a new Space.
How do I save something to a Space?
You can save items to a Space in a few different ways. From the search results page, just click on the ribbon icon or the three dots to the right of a result you want to save.
If you're away from your Neeva homepage, you can save something to a Space directly from the Neeva extension! Just click the Neeva icon next to your browser's address bar to open the extension dropdown menu. Then, select "Spaces" and hover your mouse cursor over the Space you'd like to save the item to. Click "Save" to complete the process.
How do I personalize a Space?
You can re-order the items saved to a Space however you'd like. When you're viewing a Space, you'll see three dots in the top right-hand corner of each individual item. Click the three dots to reorder the items, change the title and description of an item, clone the item to another Space, or remove the item from the Space.
You can also share your Spaces with anyone you like, on or off Neeva! To make a Space public, just click the “Share Space” button. You’ll see the option to share your Space publicly. You can then easily copy the link and share it with whoever you’d like.
How do I access my Spaces if I'm away from my Neeva homepage?
Easy! If you’re away from your Neeva homepage, you can access your Spaces directly from the Neeva extension. Just click the Neeva icon next to your browser’s address bar to open the extension dropdown menu. Then, select “Spaces” to find your Spaces and browse an individual Space. Currently, this functionality doesn’t exist with Neeva on Safari, but stay tuned for updates!
