All Neeva members can connect Google, Office 365, and Dropbox services to their Neeva account. Premium Neeva Members can also connect their Slack, GitHub, Confluence, Jira, Notion, and Figma accounts. Simply click on Apps in the left navigation menu to add your accounts to Neeva.
If you previously connected a Premium app to your Neeva account, you will not lose access to it. You can continue to search that account while still being on the Free Basic membership plan.
We plan to support more connectors in the future. If there’s a specific service you’d like to connect to Neeva, please let us know by using the Support button on your Neeva Home or sending an email to support@neeva.co.

Why is Neeva requesting read and write permissions for my GitHub account?
If I connect my GitHub account to Neeva, what will I be able to search through?
Neeva will be able to search through your issues, pull requests, and text files (plaintext and Markdown). You’ll be able to search for titles, descriptions, comments, timestamps, authors, reviews, and assignees, to name a few.
Why is Neeva requesting read and write permissions for my GitHub account?
Neeva uses GitHub’s API to integrate with your GitHub account. In order to serve you GitHub issues, pull requests, and files as search results, we need read access to your Github data. However, GitHub’s API requires read and write access in order to download data from GitHub. Consequently, we need to request read and write access, even though we will not use write access in any way. Your data will be encrypted once downloaded and only used to be crawled and indexed to enable search across your issues, pull requests, and files.
