How do I use this filter?
When you’re looking at your search results on Neeva, you’ll see a small filter button at the top, as shown below.
Selecting that button will allow you to set a few filters, including a filter for your region. Turning this filter on will set a preference for results from your region. In the example below, you can see that the preference has been set to prefer Canadian domains.
Can I set a preference for multiple regions at once?
The filter will only be available for your current region, according to your Neeva Settings. If you’d like to change your region, you can visit your Settings page, scroll down to Language & Region, and update to your preferred region. You can also change your region from the bottom of your search results page, as shown below.
Is my filter choice permanent?
Your filter choice is only effective during your current search session. The choice is not stored in your browser’s cookies. If you open a new tab, window, or try a new search in your browser’s omnibar, you’ll see unfiltered results. You can always reapply the filter to view region-specific results!
Is my filter choice consistent across devices?
You can use this filter on both desktop and mobile devices, but the filter is specific to the device you’re currently using. For example, if you have the filter applied to a desktop search but would like to use the filter on your mobile device, you’ll just tap the filter icon, as shown below.
